    GCG Group Executive Director and Founder Partner

    Imran is a co-founder of the Global Consortium Group (GCG) and head of its Digital and IT Services. He has fifteen years in a specialised operational command role and twenty years of experience in hybrid senior operations and management roles, specialising in business development and sales execution on an international scale.

  • Stuart Bartels APM

    GCG Group Managing Director and Founder Partner

    Stuart (Stu) Bartels APM is a co-founder of the Global Consortium Group (GCG) and head of its Leadership Development Practice. Former Executive Director of the Australian Institute of Police Management, he had a 36-year policing career, including as WA Police Acting Assistant Commissioner, and is a recipient of the Australian Police Medal.

  • Gary Ritchie KPM

    GCG Group Chief Operating Executive and Partner

    Managing Partner, and former Assistant Chief Constable of Police Scotland, retiring in 2025 after 34 years' policing service, with executive oversight of organisational change, partnerships and prevention, international policing development and operational support. He chaired the Scottish Resilience Partnership — advising the First Minister of Scotland on emergency and event preparedness — and held Gold Command during COP26 in Glasgow. He was awarded the King's Police Medal in 2025 and made an Honorary Professor of Edinburgh Napier University. He is now based in Sydney.

  • Andy Mears

    GCG Group Commercial Director and Partner

    Leads GCG's commercial operations, with responsibility for the standards, policies and governance that underpin the group, focused on driving standardisation and reuse across the consortium's practices. Andy brings four decades of front-line service experience — 25 years with Fujitsu, latterly running its Global Onsite Services organisation across 530+ service partners in 202 countries, following 15 years in retail leadership — giving him a practical, delivery-tested view of what good governance looks like at scale.
