Our story
We are a global consortium of public safety experts — not a traditional consultancy.
Global Consortium Group (GCG) was founded on a simple observation: the people best placed to advise public safety organisations are the people who have led them. Former chiefs, commanders, commissioners and specialists carry knowledge that cannot be learned from the sidelines — and when they work together, that knowledge becomes something no single adviser can offer.
Together, our members bring over 200 years of frontline and strategic experience across policing, emergency services, counter-terrorism and public safety operations. They are independent practitioners rather than employees: consistency comes from contract, induction and review, and clearances decide who can work on what.

We exist to make public safety organisations better prepared than they were before we arrived — and to leave them able to hold that standard without us.
