A consortium, not a consultancy
We are a global consortium of public safety experts — not a traditional consultancy.
Global Consortium Group (GCG) brings together former leaders from policing, emergency services, counter-terrorism and public safety operations around the world. Members are independent practitioners, not employees: we hold consistency by contract, induction and review, and we put the person who has done the job in front of the client rather than a generalist team.
We are practitioners first. A member who advises on public order command has run public order command; a member who advises on a counter-terrorism investigation has led one. Client engagements are confidential by default. References are available in direct conversation.
