Tab 01 · Profile

Profile

Former Metropolitan Police Superintendent, Programme Director for the Emergency Services Network and lead for the £24m body-worn video deployment, at the time the largest in the world. He now advises technology suppliers and police buyers on each other, having engaged all 43 UK forces and the Home Office for the Police Digital Service. Security Cleared (SC), based in London.

Adrian advises national, federal and international law enforcement and security organisations on the selection and adoption of secure, mission-critical software and digital platforms — typically by starting with a conversation, solving a problem and ensuring a successful pilot before executing on a contract. He works with Ministers, Chief Officers and senior technology executives to shape technology strategy and manage political and operational risk.

He has led and advised on technology programmes of £25m to £75m and above for national policing and the emergency services, and built pipelines selling secure software and forensic technologies into police, military and government organisations across Europe. He trains the client's own team as he goes, so the work continues after the consultancy ends.
