Our story.

We are a global consortium of public safety experts — not a traditional consultancy.

Global Consortium Group (GCG) is a specialist advisory collective made up of former leaders from policing, emergency services, counter-terrorism, and public safety operations around the world.

Together, we bring over 200 years of frontline and strategic experience.

Our structure is our strength: we unite trusted networks of expert public safety consultants — professionals who’ve led from the front, not just studied from the sidelines.

We are practitioners first. We deliver grounded, high-impact support to organisations facing the complex realities of public safety.

Trust is our foundation. We’ve earned it in the field, and we bring it into every engagement.

That’s why our clients turn to us when the stakes are high.

Our mission is simple:
to save lives and protect communities worldwide, by supporting public safety organisations.
