    Martyn’s Law: What Now?

    The legislation has passed and the Home Office Section 27 guidance is published, so the question is no longer what Martyn's Law is. Where to start: understand the estate, identify the Responsible Person and any Designated Senior Individual, look properly at the procedures that already exist, and test whether people at premises level would know what to do.
